Why it works

Great pedagogy, multiplied by modern technology

Most edtech starts with the technology. We started with the teaching — then built the technology to deliver it consistently, to every learner, at scale.

Pedagogy first

Every lesson is designed by a senior educator around the I Do, We Do, You Do teaching model: the tutor models the skill, practises it with the learner, then hands over. Marking is always constructive — a green tick or a fresh attempt, never a red cross.

Technology that scales it

AI avatar tutors deliver each lesson on video, so excellent teaching is available to every learner, every time, at a fraction of the cost of one-to-one tuition. Over 4,000 avatar-taught video clips are already streaming on the platform.

Evidence throughout

Every activity a learner touches is tracked. Teachers see live progress and at-risk flags; commissioners get clear management information on engagement, completion and assessment outcomes.

The MIAG method

I Do, We Do, You Do — try it yourself

Every unit on the platform follows the same lesson shape. Click through the three phases below: it is a working miniature of a real Year 7 maths lesson, avatar tutor included.

This is the exact lesson shape every MIAG unit follows — designed by our Education Manager, delivered by avatar tutors.

The platform

One platform, three ways to teach

Learn mode for self-paced study, Prep mode for teacher materials, Present mode for live classrooms — all drawing on the same curriculum and the same evidence trail.

Learn

Self-paced study with the avatar tutor — lessons, activities and module checks.

Prep

Teacher materials for every unit: plans, answers and printable resources.

Present

The same lesson on the big screen for live classroom teaching.

For teachers

See who needs help today, not at the end of term

Progress is tracked per activity, per learner. Staff spot who is stuck or drifting before they disengage — with at-risk flags, last-active dates and per-unit progress in one view.

For commissioners

Reporting you can put in front of a governing body or funder

Organisations get clear management information — engagement, completion and assessment outcomes per learner and per cohort — exportable as evidence for the people who commissioned the provision.
