For schools & home education
The National Curriculum, taught properly, unit by unit
Year 3 to Year 7 maths and Year 3 to Year 4 English, authored from our Education Manager's curriculum briefs and delivered by avatar tutors — for catch-up, intervention, home education and small schools that need reliable specialist teaching.
- Every unit follows the I Do, We Do, You Do lesson model
- Module checks with typed answers — no multiple-choice shortcuts
- Teacher materials and live-classroom Present mode alongside self-paced Learn mode
The problem
Consistent, curriculum-faithful teaching is hard to staff
Catch-up groups, mixed-age classes, long-term staff absence, home education: in all of them, the hardest thing to guarantee is a well-sequenced, curriculum-aligned lesson taught the same way every time.
Worksheet banks and video libraries help, but they are not teaching — nothing models the skill, practises it with the learner, and then checks it stuck.
Our approach
How MIAG solves it
Avatar-taught lessons, teacher-designed
Each unit is authored from curriculum briefs written by our Education Manager, then taught on video by an avatar tutor: the method modelled first (I Do), worked through together (We Do), then handed over (You Do).
Module checks that mean something
Assessments use typed answers rather than multiple choice, marked instantly with hints and up to three attempts. Teachers see genuine evidence of what each child can do, not what they can guess.
Three modes for real classrooms
Learn mode for independent and home study, Prep mode for teacher materials and planning, Present mode for teaching a unit live to a class from the front.
